Can you believe it? It's already week 8. That means it's time for the 2nd month analysis post! Being that these are usually long posts, let's get right into this week's.

F'N FLOPPERS had an average week of 300 points and remains in last place. Ohsnappers!!! had an average week of 330 points and stays in 8th place. Baltimore Hitsquad had an average week of 355 points and falls from 6th to 7th place. Gamblor had an average week of 315 points and falls from 5th to 6th place. Oww Ming's Flagrants had an excellent week of 585 points and moves up from 7th to 5th place. 

 

Rodman'sWeddingDress had a poor week of 210 points and falls from 3rd place to 3rd place. Arlington Assaulters had a great week of 455 points and moves up to 3rd place from 4th. GG Foulin' had an average week of 315 points and falls to 2nd place from 1st. Finally, Pgastan FC had an amazing week of 670 points and moves up from 2nd to 1st place. There was a lot of movement this week in teh standings which always keeps things interesting.

If you've been following this posts for hte last few years you'll know that this metric is a good gauge at teams that are over/under performing. And now that this is the 2nd post of the year we can look to see how an individual foul club is doing compared to the previous benchmark. So what's to note this time? Well for starters, F'N FLOPPERS, Oww Ming's Flagrants, and Arlington Assaulters all had their average points per game increase while the other 6 foul clubs saw declines. Gamblor is underperforming as they should be in 4th place based on points per game but they have the least amount of games played at 161. Rodman'sWeddingDress is overperforming as they should be in 6th place by this.

Again, the above projected final standings are in order of traditional method so it is the current standings. Let's look at linear regression for our analyiss though. GG Foulin' is projected to finish in 1st place still as of this writing with Pgastan FC in 2nd and Rodman'sWeddingDress in 3rd. We have 5 clubs projected to finish above the 10,000 point mark as well. As you could have seen in the amount of movement in just one week in the standings you can imagine the movement from Week 4 to Week 8. I won't go over each one here but have a look for yourself.

The tiers work out pretty nicely this week as we have 4 clearly distinct tiers. You can make the argument that the top of Tier 3 and the bottom of Tier 2 are close enough that they could be in one tier but the league average score splits those two tiers nicely. The tiers tend to be more subjective based on the look of the graph from week to week instead of finding even deviation between the teams.
