The hardest thing foul club GM's must do is not only identify elite fouling talent but make sure that talent gets adequate playing time. Unfortunately, some of the best foulers aren't the best basketball players and therefore get benched in real life. It really is a shame that NBA coaches and GM's can't see great fouling talent or when they do it's only a flash in the pan for hte most part. Some of the best foulers in NFA history end their careers rather abruptly due to a drastic decrease in playing time where it doesn't make any sense for a foul club to employ their services anymore. And that is the foulers dilemma. The best foul clubs will identify foulers who will produce those performance fouls on a regular basis but also not get benched in real life.

Rodman'sWeddingDress had an excellent week of 585 points (buoyed by a DTE) and moves up to 8th place by 1 personal foul, or 5 points. Baltimore Hitsquad had a great week of 405 points and stays in 7th place. Ohsnappers!!! had a great week of 415 points and stays in 6th place. Oww Ming's Flagrants had a great week of 485 points and stays in 5th place.
F'N FLOPPERS had a horrible week of 165 points but stays in 4th place. Pgastan FC had an average week of 305 points and stays in 3rd place. Arlington Assaulters had an average week of 335 points and stays in 2nd place. Finally, GG Foulin' had an excellent week of 515 points and not only stays in 1st place but extends their lead even more and is destined to run away with the title.

Tier 1: GG Foulin' Only change in the tiers is Rodman and Gamblor swapping positions within tier 5. Things do finally seem pretty set and with only a few weeks remaining it's unlikely we see much of a change.
