We don't always get Boxing Day on a Monday so might as well name this week's post after it. Not much to say in this intro but we have some interesting developments in the standings this week that you'll see shortly.

Ohsnappers!!! had a poor week of 265 points and stays in last place but is only 25 points behind Rodman'sWeddingDress who had a horrible week of 180 points and stays in 8th place. F'N FLOPPERS had a great week of 455 points and stays in 7th place. Arlington Assaulters had an average week of 345 points and stays in 6th place.

 

GG Foulin' had an excellent week of 595 points and stays in 5th place. Pgastan FC had an average week of 370 points and falls to 4th place from 3rd. Baltimore Hitsquad had an average week of 300 points and falls to 3rd place from 2nd. Oww Ming's Flagrants had an excellent week of 525 points and moves up to 2nd place from 4th. Finally, Gamblor had an average week of 350 points but remains in 1st place.

We didn't have a lot of movement in the standings this week but we had some shuffling of the tiers. First off, Rodman'sWeddingDress and Ohsnappers!!! are virtually tied at points in the bottom tier so we could see that order switch soon as RWD continues to under perform this year. They are yearning for their glory days of 10 years ago. F'N FLOPEPRS had a DTE yesterday which allowed them to get out of the bottom tier into a tier of their own. Arlington Assaulters remains in a tier of their own pretty safely in between Tier 4 and 2. We have a huge jumble of foul clubs in tier 2 with Oww Ming the furthest away from the other 3. The other 3 teams are separated by a mere 30 points.

Week 9 Roundup: A Tier of Their Own Edition

Wow, what a sports weekend. Going back to the grind of regular season fouling is gonna feel like a let down for a few weeks especially after that epic World Cup Final. One of the greatest sporting events I have ever seen. And I don't think that's recency bias as many others are calling it the greatest sporting event ever. But there is no rest for the weary in the NFA. I don't always do it for this post but I have occasionally liked to see which teams have how many players playing on Christmas Day. It can make the day more fun if you're bored hanging out with family or they're starting to argue about politics. Of course, the NFL has games on Christmas Day this year too so quite possibly no one will really be caring about fouling.

F'N FLOPPERS has the most with 4 players, most have 3 or 2, while Baltimore Hitsquad and Ohsnappers!!! both have 1 player. Of course these are just players with scheduled games and there could be injuries or late DNPs. Now let's get to this week's post. 

Stat Corrections
- Giannis Antetokounmpo had a techy given to him retroactive to October 22nd. Ohsnappers!!! had him active that week so he gains 40 points

- De'Aaron Fox had a personal foul taken away from him retroactive to October 29th. GG Foulin' did not have him active that week so he doesn't lose 5 points

We still clearly have a bottom tier in the league in Tier 4. GG Foulin' and Arlington Assaulters are above the league average but find themselves in tier 3. We then have Tier 2 which bunches 3 teams together in Baltimore Hitsquad, PFC, and Oww Ming's. Finally, we have the 1st place team in a tier of their own but it's Gamblor who vaults up to 1st place this week.
