Only big change in this week's tiers is I decided to move Arlington Assaulters into a tier all alone after they separated themselves from Gamblor and Baltimore and are currently fouling above league average. The other changes are just Baltimore and Gamblor swapped positions within Tier 4 and Rodman and Oww Ming swapped positions within Tier 2.
