2020-2021 Midseason Donkies

Given the shortened season due to the Pandemic we've already reached the Donk-Star Break! So you know what that means, Midseason Donkies! If you've been following the blog you know how the season has been so far so I won't reiterate on this post but check back on Monday for the regular weekly post. 

Let's get to the awards!

The Roger Murdock Persistent Fouling Award (Most Personal Fouls):
 Richaun Holmes leads the league at the break with 127 personal fouls

The Shawn Kemp Award (Most Foul Outs):
 Mason Plumlee leads the league with 6 foul outs

The Rasheed Wallace Legacy Award (Most Technical Fouls):
Russell Westbrook. leads the league with 11 Technical Fouls

The Charles Oakley Award (Most Flagrant Fouls):
We have tie! Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Domantas Sabonis lead the league with 3 Flagrant Fouls each

The Dennis Rodman Award (Most Ejections)
We have a 3-way tie here! Draymond Green, Kyle Lowry, and DeMarcus Cousins are tied for the league lead with 2 ejections each

PG: Kyle Lowry with 1070 points (94-0-6-2-2)

SG: Devin Booker with 885 points (93-0-8-1-0)

SF: Josh Jackson. with 950 points (94-3-1-1-2)

PF: Draymond Green with 1180 points (100-0-8-2-2)

C: Dwight Howard with 1065 points (105-1-8-0-2)

6th Man Award (Highest Point total for a fouler who went undrafted): Myles Turner with 885 points (117-3-1-0-1)

Midseason Most Valuable Fouler (MVF): Draymond Green with 1065 points (105-1-8-0-2) 

Let's look at a Foul Club by Foul Club breakdown of who has the most top 25 foulers heading into the break. I have yet to do this, this season so will be interesting to see what we get!

Arlington Assaulters - 2 (6th, 10th)
Ohsnappers!!! - 2 (9th, 15th)
Baltimore Hitsquad - 4 (11th, 12th, 18th, 24th)

As usual, all top 25 players are rostered by foul clubs. Ohsnappers!!! hasn't really been paying attention so his best foulers are stuck on the bench. Every foul club has at least one top 25 fouler which doesn't always happen. The number of top 25 foulers on each foul club isn't directly correlated to the standings this time but it is close an GG Foulin' has now taken the league lead and he has the most. Baltimore Hitsquad, currently, in 8th place, but has the 3rd most top 25 foulers, so he's not doing a good job managing his foulers it appears.
