Week 15 Roundup: MVF Goes Down Edition

Well, the big news over the past few days has been the season-ending injury to 2-time defending (6-time overall) Most Valuable Fouler: DeMarcus Cousins. In fact, since the first annual End of the Season Donkies fouling (Freudian slip) following the 2010-2011 season, the only season in which MVF honors did not go to DeMarcus Cousins was the 2014-2015 season when Markieff Morris outscored Cousins by a mere 40 points. Looking back at that season, that is a pretty epic upset. Dwight Howard was the MVF prior to Cousins entering the NFA.

What implications does this have on the current NFA Season? Oww Ming's Flagrants, the 1st place team, has Cousins and a 290 point lead over 2nd. He also has Markieff Morris on his roster, who fell to him in the 3rd round due to starting the season injured. His team is still pretty stacked but the Cousins injury could open the door slightly for Pgastan FC to challenge for the title.

In other NFA news today, Blake Griffin was traded from the Clippers to the Pistons. Coincidentally, 1st place Oww Ming's Flagrants has Griffin as well. Griffin has had a pretty poor year fouling only 78-1-6-1-0 for 790 points. Maybe a change of scenery will be better for his fouling but then again, it might hurt his fouling if he is trying to impress his new teammates in this sport called Basketball that is a spin-off of Fouling.

Anyway, let's get to the update:

Stat Corrections: There were a total of 7 stat corrections with 2 having implications on the league standings.

- T.J. Warren had a techy taken away from him retroactive to January 2nd. Ohsnappers!!! had him active that week so he loses 40 points.
- Kristaps Porzingis had a techy taken away from him retroactive to January 5th. Arlington Assaulters had him active that week so he loses 40 points.

Transactions:
- Arlington Assaulters added John Collins and dropped Nikola Vucevic on January 22nd.
- Pgastan FC dropped Hassan Whiteside on January 28th.
- Arlington Assaulters added Allen Crabbe and dropped Tyson Chandler on January 28th.

Baltimore Hitsquad remains in last place after an average week of 350 points. Ohsnappers!!! had a great week of 445 points but remains in 7th place. They Call Me Gamblor also had a great week of 445 points but he remains in 6th place. F'N FLOPPERS had a poor week, only putting up 280 points, but he stays in 5th place. Rodman'sWeddingDress had an excellent week of 500 points but is still stuck in 4th place. Arlington Assaulters had an excellent week (best in the league) of 555 points but stays in 3rd place. Pgastan FC had an average week of 385 points and remains in 2nd place. Finally, Oww Ming's Flagrants had a great week of 450 points and stays atop the standings.
